Since 2002 our company has expanded into a full service General Contractor providing much more than just modifications and installation of ventilation systems.  Full renovations of multiple unit complexes became a natural addition to our professional services. 

We are a WA State General Contractor capable of completely renovating 20 to 30 apartments per month to standards equal to or exceeding industry standards.

We excel at any renovation or remodel (including remodeling to “green” standards) required in multiple rental units, hotels, motels, care facilities, hospices, hospitals and any large building or complex with multiple living units in the same or multiple locations.

We will quote on design/build or on exact specifications as required by the owner(s).
